Crumpet – Tearoom

Two years age the owners of Crumpet decided that what Clapham needed was a proper, modern tearoom with excellent food and drink, plenty of space for pushchairs and a positive attitude to small children. Today the café is an essential stop-off for parents and kids, who can take full advantage of the play area at the back, a loo that can cope with the demands of a small family and a healthy child-friendly menu. Grown-ups are taken care of too: there’s a bar counter at the front where those without children can chill out and read the paper.
