front of the hotel is a fabulous beach. Winter or summer, when the sun shines,
the only place to be is the beach. The award-winning beach at Mawgan Porth has
waves for the adventurous, sandy coves to explore and numerous rock pools to
fish and splash in. For pirates, smugglers, surfers and water babies - the sand
and sea change with the seasons. Cool and inviting in the summer heat.

Ø There are fantastic children’s clubs for different ages. There are Sharks (7-11 year olds) Dolphins (5-6 year olds), Penguins (3-4 year olds), Minnows (1-2 years old) and Nursery (0-12 months). In the clubs they can do anything from crafts, exploring the children's garden or taking a trip down to the beach and discovering what weird and wonderful creatures they might discover down there. Ø Children always love to go into Jungle Tumble. This is an adventure room with climbing frames, slides and ball pools so they can burn off any extra energy whilst having a great time. Ø There is also a fantastic outdoor play area with pirate ships, tractors and boats for the children to discover. For the older children there is an assault course with a zip wire and climbing frames and ropes. Ø Children 8 upwards can book in for a session with out surf instructor for a lesson in body boarding or surfing if they are brave enough!. Ø There are children's teas every evening so that children can enjoy their meals together and make as much noise as they want. Ø The baby listening service monitors sleeping children during the evenings (7pm - 11.30pm). All rooms are connected to a two way listening service that is monitored continuously at reception.
We don't want to forget the parents though as they deserve to have just as much of a special time as the children do.
